I’ve spent the last 16 years trying to find a way to fit fitness into my life in a way that feels spacious and supportive to my business, relationships and health. In this episode, Nicole DeBoom, pro triathlete turned founder and CEO of Skirt Sports, and I share our thoughts on how to fit fitness into a startup schedule.
